New Patients at Quad Cities Regenerative Medicine

Reception areaWelcome to Quad Cities Regenerative Medicine! Before you come in for your first appointment, we encourage you to complete the paperwork that you can download from our website. After you fill it out please submit it prior to your visit. When you come in you will check-in at the front desk. Please note that you will need to wear a mask presently and we will take your temperature and ask if you’ve had any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

If you elect to complete the new patient paperwork in the office please allow an extra 10-15 minutes to finish it before your appointment.

If you had any X-rays or MRIs taken within the last year for the condition for which you’re seeing us please either bring those in or sign a release for where you had those taken.

The First Visit

We’ll take your vitals in a separate area of the clinic and then escort you to the examination room. Next, we will do the following:

  • A consultation
  • History
  • An evaluation by one of the providers
  • X-rays, if needed (available on-site)

Depending on the condition and time factors, we may need to schedule you to come back for the report of findings. At that appointment, we will let you know what we found and our recommendations to address your particular issue.

How long is the first appointment?

If we aren’t giving our report of findings or treatment, this first visit should take less than an hour. However, if we’re doing a treatment and a report of findings, it can take up to another hour.

For neuropathy patients, we would more than likely be doing several different types of therapies and it could take an additional 90 minutes.

Will I get treatment on the first day?

It depends. If we have the correct tissues that we would need for an injection, we may be able to do the treatment on that day.

Insurance and Financial Plans

For patients who have the ability to pay for services in full upfront, we offer a discount. If you are unable to pay in full upfront, that’s okay. We offer outside financing through Care Credit. Although Care Credit cannot be used for the human umbilical cord tissue allograft, it can be used for other services that we offer.

We also offer financing through a company called ____ finance, and they do offer financing for the human umbilical cord tissue allograft.

For patients that are getting the more traditional treatments, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and can help process for those services that are covered. We also submit insurance to other companies that we’re not in-network with.
